Today could mark a pivotal moment for Juventus as they move closer to welcoming Randal Kolo Muani back to Turin. After a long and complex negotiation with Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), the transfer saga appears to be nearing its conclusion.

According to reports from Tuttosport, crucial talks between the two clubs are expected imminently. And raising optimism that the deal will be finalized within the next 24 to 48 hours.

The possibility of seeing Kolo Muani on the bench for Sunday’s Serie A match against Parma at Allianz Stadium is increasingly realistic.

The 1998-born forward is reportedly ready to pack his bags. And head to Juventus’ training ground in Continassa as the club prepares to complete the transfer.

The financial framework of Kolo Muani’s move to Juventus has become clearer, with the transfer arranged as a loan with an obligation to buy.

The details of Kolo Muani’s transfer

Juventus will pay €10 million for the initial loan period. And followed by a €45 million fee to make the transfer permanent. This brings the total value of the operation to around €60 million. And including an earlier €5 million paid to PSG for the first loan spell.

For Kolo Muani himself, Juventus has prepared a lucrative four-year contract, reportedly worth €5 million net per season. This not only reflects the club’s belief in his talent but also their long-term vision of making him a central figure in the squad.

However, some finer points of the deal remain under discussion. Juventus is keen to attach certain conditions to the purchase obligation, notably linking it to the team’s qualification for next season’s UEFA Champions League.

This clause, alongside a few other contractual details, has necessitated additional time to finalize the paperwork. Juventus wants to ensure that all terms align perfectly before officially announcing the transfer.

What Kolo Muani means for Juventus future

The end of this drawn-out transfer story is now within sight. While Kolo Muani may not feature in the upcoming match against Parma, he is expected to be available for the following game against  Genoa.

His arrival could significantly boost Juventus’ attacking options. Moreover, Kolo Muani’s prospects within the squad are especially promising given the current situation with Dusan Vlahovic.

The Serbian striker has been largely sidelined by the club’s management, regardless of whether he is sold this summer or remains until his contract expires in 2026. This means that Kolo Muani could quickly rise as the team’s primary forward, receiving plenty of playing time to make his mark.

This acquisition signals Juventus’ intent to rebuild and strengthen their attack after a challenging period. Kolo Muani’s dynamic style, pace, and goal-scoring ability provide a fresh injection of energy, potentially reshaping the team’s offensive tactics under coach Igor Tudor.
