In just 33 appearances across all competitions, he has scored an incredible 29 goals and contributed six assists. Form that has not only endeared him to the Galatasaray faithful but also caught the attention of top European scouts.

Galatasaray are understandably eager to retain the 25-year-old, who has been instrumental in their push for domestic glory this season.

The Istanbul-based club is currently aiming for a league and cup double. And Osimhen has played a crucial role in that campaign, stepping up following their disappointing early exit from the UEFA Europa League.

Two giants on race for Osimhen

However, retaining a player of Osimhen’s caliber could prove difficult, especially with clubs like Juventus and Barcelona circling.

Juventus are reportedly planning for life beyond Dusan Vlahovic, whose future in Turin remains uncertain amid interest from the Premier League and elsewhere.

Osimhen is seen as a natural successor due to his physicality, clinical finishing, and Serie A experience from his time at Napoli.

Barcelona, on the other hand, are actively seeking a long-term replacement for Robert Lewandowski.

The Polish forward is nearing the latter stages of his career. And the Catalan giants are in the market for a younger, top-tier striker who can lead their attack for years to come. Osimhen fits the bill perfectly with his blend of speed, strength, and technical ability.

Despite the growing interest and speculation, Osimhen remains focused on finishing the season strong with Galatasaray.

Sources close to the player suggest he is not rushing a decision and will evaluate his options carefully during the summer.
