Despite his formal announcement pending, Comolli has already assumed the responsibilities of the sporting department. And he will ucceeding outgoing sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli.

The Munich meeting focused on strategizing the club’s summer transfer approach and long-term vision, with several key points of agreement emerging.

Kenan Yildiz – The centerpiece or Juventus’ future

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, all three club figures are united in their belief that 20-year-old Turkish sensation Kenan Yildiz should be the centerpiece of the club’s next phase.

More than just a promising talent on the pitch, Yildiz is seen as a valuable asset in Juventus’ global branding strategy. The club plans to offer him a fresh contract after the Club World Cup. Also despite his most recent renewal taking place only last August.

The intention is to reward his growth and ensure his commitment to the long-term project.

Untouchables and Exits

Alongside Yildiz, Khephren Thuram and Andrea Cambiaso have also been labeled as non-transferable assets. Thuram’s debut season has been viewed positively. While Cambiaso’s retention—especially after strong interest from Manchester City—signals confidence in his development.

Conversely, the club aims to clear space for new signings. And intention by moving on from Nicolo Savona, Douglas Luiz, and Samuel Mbangula.

These departures are expected to free up both squad space and financial resources as Juventus prepares for a transformative summer under its refreshed leadership structure.

With Comolli stepping into a powerful new role and clear decisions already being made.  Juventus appears poised to enter a new era—ambitious, strategic, and anchored by youth.
