THE REASON FOR LEAVING JUVE
“Honestly, I never wanted to leave. It wasn’t my choice. During the first days of preparation at Continassa, the management and Thiago Motta told me that they needed to make money by selling me and that I would have to find a solution”.

I HAVE NO REGRETS
“Sporting director Tiago Pinto had already signed me on loan to Roma last January and in the summer he convinced me to join him here. I have no regrets, on the contrary… I am increasingly happier at Bournemouth”.

RETURN TO ITALY?
“It wasn’t my decision, but I have no regrets: every day I’m more satisfied with my adventure at Bournemouth. Return to Italy, to Juve, to Roma or to another club?  I was happy in Italy and in football… never say never . But now I’m happy at Bournemouth”.

YILDIZ IN LOVE WITH JUVE
“What do I miss about Juve? My friend Yildiz. We often talk and I hear him very happy at Juventus, he’s in love with the Bianconeri fans. I have no trouble believing him”.

Juventus have sold the 19-year-old Huijsen — the Netherlands-born center back who represents Spain at the international level — to Premier League side Bournemouth in a deal worth an initial €15.2 million and another €3 million in add-on bonuses.
