BREAKING: Danilo to Napoli!

Napoli want to shore up their defense in January and Danilo is in the sights of Giovanni Manna.

The Juventus captain appears on the fringes of Thiago Motta’s project and has an expiring contract in June that won’t be renewed. The Brazilian would evaluate the opportunity, while he has offers from both Saudi Arabia and Brazil, Danilo does not see his time in Europe over just yet.

His entourage is considering the Napoli option. In recent days they’ve also talked with Marseille.

Danilo due to the injury crisis in defense, can only leave Juventus if two defenders were to arrive in January.

For Juventus selling Danilo to a direct rival such as Napoli is not ideal but the bianconeri would consider this solution if there is a useful exchange received in return.

Giacomo Raspadori has long been linked with Juventus as he holds great esteem with Giuntoli still, who brought him to Naples in 2022. Manna has reiterated that Raspadori isn’t on the market but the player grows impatient with his role thus far.
